Streamline Permitting & Efficiency

• Expedite approval for housing projects
• Eliminate CEQA and the litigation that only passes costs onto the homebuyer
• Incentivize developers to build across California
• End the over regulation of our building industry

Affordability

• Oppose any effort to weaken Prop 13
• Eliminating over regulation encourages more building and increases competition among builders to lower the price of new homes for buyers
