The rising cost of rent, and inability to own a home has not only contributed to growing homelessness in our state, but has taken away the economic freedom of Californians. The top 5 most expensive cities in America to own a home are in California, that is unacceptable, it is time we remove those government created barriers that have destroyed our housing industry.
